Sharon is an Executive Director of Suntera Guernsey with more than 26 years of experience in the finance industry, having started her career in a local law firm. She has held various roles including senior positions managing trust and corporate structures with a range of asset types, jurisdictions and values.

She is a highly experienced practitioner with a strong background in managing investment portfolios, real estate, chattels and digital assets. She holds an MSc in Corporate Governance and is a Chartered Secretary and Fellowship member of the Chartered Governance Institute. 

As a lawyer at Babbé LLP in Guernsey, Devan Gounden advises on trusts, select corporate law matters, and private client services. He is an admitted advocate in South Africa with over two decades of experience spanning legal advisory, fiduciary services, compliance, and risk strategy over multi jurisdictions. His career includes roles at Walkers (Jersey), Standard Bank, FNB Wealth and Sanlam, where he managed high-value portfolios and regulatory engagements.

A member of Guernsey International Legal Association and the Legal Practice Council of South Africa, Devan also holds certifications in compliance management and money laundering control, delivering bespoke legal solutions with precision, insight, and integrity.

Gill joined the Suntera Guernsey in 2021 as a Senior Trust Officer and was promoted in early 2024 to Trust Manager with responsibility for overseeing the Private Wealth team and providing administration to a portfolio of trust and company structures. She has more than 20 years of experience in the finance industry and achieved her STEP Diploma in 2014.
