Aaron Russell-Davison, Guernsey Finance’s dedicated Market Development Representative for the Middle East, will be joined by Allie Hill, Asset Owner at IQ-EQ, and James Armstrong, Senior Distribution Executive at RAW Capital Partners. For one day only, they will be accompanied by George Maltby of Schroders and Dustyn Molver of Lancaster.

The delegation will share their expertise on Guernsey as a leading specialist centre in the servicing of alternative asset classes such as private equity, infrastructure and alternative debt.

The delegation will attend the SuperReturn Middle East conference on 21-23 October. We are proud to be a sponsor at the event, which will feature the latest insights from senior private equity leaders on tech, venture capital, and value creation sustainability. James Armstrong

Senior Distribution Executive RAW Capital Partners

James is the Senior Distribution Executive of RAW Capital Partners, based in London, and is solely responsible for investor business development activities which includes building and maintaining investor relationships, investor reporting, market research and analysing new opportunities.

James joined full-time in September 2023 after a 3-month internship in 2022. He has a BSc Economics and Finance at the University of Exeter, the Investment Management Certificate (IMC) from the CFA Institute, and recently passed the CFA Program Level 1 exam.

Allie Hills

Client Relationship Director IQ EQ

Allie is a Client Relationship Director at IQ-EQ, where she has worked since 2022.

Allie has more than 20 years of experience in asset owner solutions.

Her team provides company secretarial, accounting, corporate governance and investor reporting services to clients and investors located in a variety of different jurisdictions. Allie is a full member of STEP and is now based in Guernsey, her early career having begun in the UAE where she was based for more than a decade.

George Maltby

Director Schroders Wealth Management

George is based in Dubai working from Schroders Private Wealth Management. George joined the firm in 2011. After spending 14 years in London with Cazenove serving high and ultra-high net worth clients, he relocated to Dubai in 2025 to support clients in the Middle East, including both local nationals and global expatriates.

Dustyn Molver

Head of Middle East Lancaster Trustees

Dustyn Molver is Head of Middle East for Lancaster Trustees. A seasoned private wealth professional, Dustyn brings more than two decades of international experience in cross-border trusts and bespoke wealth management structures, serving high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and corporate clients. Dustyn is a qualified Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP) and a full member of STEP.
