Ian Domaille

Director Artemis Fiduciaries

Ian is a Director and founding shareholder of Artemis Trustees Limited, bringing more than 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, with his career firmly based in Guernsey. He advises a global clientele of high-net-worth individuals, providing strategic planning across a diverse range of asset classes. He works in close collaboration with major law firms, accountancy practices, financial institutions, and niche service providers, leveraging his extensive network to help clients implement bespoke, effective solutions.  

Prior to co-founding Artemis, Ian was a partner at a mid-sized Chartered Accountants’ firm. Ian is a member of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) and the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).  

He also has long-standing experience serving on the boards of regulated investment funds, particularly within the hedge fund sector. He currently holds a directorship with an AIM-listed company and sits on the Financial Advisory Committee of a major intergovernmental organisation.

Neil Hoolahan

Tax Partner, Grant Thornton

Neil is a Tax Partner in the Grant Thornton, Channel Islands tax team, specialising in Offshore Trust and Company tax advisory and compliance services. He was named Citywealth Future Leaders - Accountant of the Year in 2018 and a Citywealth Top 100 Global Tax Professional of 2023. 

Neil currently advises clients on the implications of the proposed changes to the taxation of non-domiciliaries and what impact these changes will have on trust structures in the Channel Islands. Neil also leads our tax information exchange service line and has a deep understanding of the US FATCA and OECD Common Reporting Standard.

Grant McLeod

South Africa Representative Guernsey Finance
Grant was appointed as South African Representative for Guernsey Finance in March 2021. He has more than two decades of financial services experience in senior business development roles in South Africa, UK and the Cayman Islands. He was educated in the UK and South Africa. He has worked in private banking, wealth management and fiduciary services in South Africa in a number of senior roles representing global companies. As well as a BCom from the University of Witwatersrand, Grant holds a UK accounting and South African CFP qualification, and is a member of CII and CISI in the UK.
