Kerrie is Chair of the Guernsey Association of Trustees (GAT) and an independent governance and fiduciary adviser. In her role as Chair of GAT, she is actively involved in engagement and consultation on legislative, regulatory and policy developments affecting Guernsey's regulated fiduciary sector. She specialises in fiduciary governance, decision-making and the resilience of trust and multi-entity private wealth structures, particularly where complexity, sensitivity or risk require careful and experienced judgement.
Kerrie has spent more than 20 years in Guernsey’s private wealth sector, spanning providing senior legal advisory services as a Guernsey Advocate and direct fiduciary leadership experience as an executive director of a regulated Guernsey trust and corporate services provider. Increasingly, her work includes helping fiduciaries and private wealth structures navigate emerging issues and changing expectations, including the governance, oversight and fiduciary considerations arising from sustainable investing, impact investing and responsible stewardship.
